I am Andrea Higgins, a somatic education specialist with over twenty years of experience, and your teacher for this weekly series. The lessons you will do here are gentle, but they yield results that you will start to feel right away.

This is week two of a four-part series focused on the back. These are some powerful lessons that should leave you feeling great.
