I am Andrea Higgins, a somatic education specialist with over twenty years of experience, and your teacher for this weekly series. The lessons you will do here are gentle, but they yield results that you will start to feel right away.

This is week three of a four-part series focused on the back. This is a powerful lesson that has the potential to reorganize your lower back and pelvis and can leave you with a greater sense of efficiency in movement.
